Data Deletion Instructions

To remove Facebook data from HWin:

1. Page administrators: sign in to HWin, open Settings → Connections → Facebook, and remove the Page. HWin stops receiving its messages and deletes the Page access token immediately. You can also remove the app in Facebook: Settings → Business integrations.
2. Conversation history and customer records: email tuenolimit@gmail.com with the Page name (and, for a customer, the name shown on Messenger). We delete the data within 7 days and confirm by email.
3. Customers who messaged a connected Page can send the same request; we verify the conversation and delete it within 7 days.

Hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu

1. Quản trị Trang: đăng nhập HWin, vào Cài đặt → Kết nối → Facebook, gỡ Trang. Hệ thống ngừng nhận tin và xoá ngay mã truy cập của Trang.
2. Lịch sử hội thoại, hồ sơ khách: gửi yêu cầu tới tuenolimit@gmail.com kèm tên Trang (và tên khách nếu là khách); chúng tôi xoá trong vòng 7 ngày và báo lại qua email.
