HWin is a sales and customer-care web application operated by Clover Handmade Trading and Services One Member Co., Ltd. (business location) ("we"). Businesses use HWin to connect the Facebook Pages they manage so that their own staff can read and reply to customer messages, manage orders and measure advertising results. This policy explains what data HWin receives from Meta Platforms and how it is used.

Data we access from Meta

• Pages you choose to connect (name, ID) and a Page access token, obtained through Facebook Login for Business or a business system user. Tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before storage.
• Messenger conversations between customers and your Page: message text, attachments, timestamps, the customer's Page-scoped ID (PSID), public name and profile picture. They are received through Page webhooks and the Conversations API.
• Messages your staff send from HWin to customers, including replies sent with the HUMAN_AGENT tag within 7 days of the customer's last message. Every such reply is typed by a person; HWin sends no automated or promotional messages with this tag.
• Advertising reports for ad accounts you assign: account name, campaign/ad names and spend/results (read-only, used to calculate cost per order). HWin does not create or edit ads.
• Conversion events we send to Meta (Conversions API): when an order is confirmed, HWin may send the event name, order value, time, and a SHA-256 hash of the customer's phone number or the PSID to your own pixel or dataset, to measure your ads.

How we use it

Only to let your staff answer customers, record orders and see sales/advertising reports inside your business. Each Page belongs to one project; only staff assigned to that project can see its conversations. We do not sell data, do not share it with third parties, and do not use it for our own advertising or for training models.

Storage, security and retention

Data is stored on a private server operated by us, over HTTPS, with role-based access and audit logs. Data is kept while the Page stays connected. When an administrator disconnects a Page, its access token is deleted immediately. Conversation history and customer records are deleted on request within 7 days.

Your rights and data deletion

Page owners, and customers who messaged a connected Page, can ask us to delete their data. Follow the data deletion instructions or email tuenolimit@gmail.com.

HWin là phần mềm quản lý bán hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng do Địa điểm kinh doanh Công ty TNHH MTV Thương mại và Dịch vụ Clover Handmade vận hành. Doanh nghiệp kết nối các Trang Facebook mình quản lý để nhân viên đọc và trả lời tin nhắn khách, xử lý đơn hàng và đo hiệu quả quảng cáo.

Dữ liệu chúng tôi truy cập từ Meta

• Các Trang doanh nghiệp chọn kết nối (tên, ID) và mã truy cập của Trang. Mã được mã hoá AES-256-GCM trước khi lưu.
• Hội thoại Messenger giữa khách và Trang: nội dung, tệp đính kèm, thời gian, mã khách theo Trang (PSID), tên và ảnh đại diện công khai.
• Tin nhân viên gửi từ HWin, gồm tin trả lời trong 7 ngày có gắn thẻ HUMAN_AGENT. Mọi tin loại này do người thật gõ, không gửi tin tự động hay quảng cáo.
• Báo cáo quảng cáo của tài khoản được gán: tên chiến dịch/quảng cáo, chi tiêu, kết quả (chỉ đọc). HWin không tạo hay sửa quảng cáo.
• Sự kiện chuyển đổi gửi Meta (Conversions API): khi đơn được xác nhận, HWin có thể gửi tên sự kiện, giá trị đơn, thời gian và mã băm SHA-256 của số điện thoại hoặc PSID của khách tới pixel của chính doanh nghiệp.

Mục đích sử dụng

Chỉ để nhân viên chăm sóc khách, ghi đơn và xem báo cáo trong doanh nghiệp. Mỗi Trang thuộc một dự án; chỉ nhân viên thuộc dự án đó xem được hội thoại. Chúng tôi không bán, không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba.

Lưu trữ, bảo mật, thời hạn

Dữ liệu nằm trên máy chủ riêng, truyền qua HTTPS, phân quyền theo vai trò và có nhật ký truy cập. Gỡ Trang thì mã truy cập bị xoá ngay; lịch sử hội thoại và hồ sơ khách xoá theo yêu cầu trong vòng 7 ngày.
